Company Background CreativeTechnology, Inc.(CTI) is a transportation system consulting company assembled from transit industry professionals with proven expertise in the design, fabrication, installation, testing, commisioning and operation of Automated People Mover Systems. Creative Technology was incorporated in the State of California in 1993 with Mr. Donald Sullivan as President. Mr. Sullivan has been active in the automated transit industry since 1972 and has been successful in the development of solutions to highly technical, procedural and code-related problems typical of automated people movers. In 1994 CTI began supplying transportation systems on a turnkey basis and in 1996 started providing design/build services to the entertainment industry. Current activities include: Turnkey supply of transportation systems, transportation related consulting services, risk assesssment, of operating people moving systems, system modernization and refurbishment. In addition, CTI applies its extensive knowledge of design and manufacturing methods to related applications in the entertainment industry and new technology assessment. 1991-1994 Formed a transportation consulting company, "Creative Technology, Inc." (CTI). CTI performed significant consulting work on the following projects (accomplished on a part-time basis): Newark International Airport People Mover (alignment, cost estimates, erection plan, facility layout and operating procedures). Aerobus International, Inc. cable system (project oversight and bogie design) Dade County Metrozoo (turnkey guideway and maintenance facility design, fabrication and installation. 1990-1994 Hill International, Inc. Senior Project Management Oversight Consultant Evaluated grantee compliance with Federal funding requirements and kept the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) apprised of problem areas, and made recommendations for corrective action. Personal project highlights included the identification of system commissioning issues and the corrective action leading to a successful Phase 1 system opening. 1987-1990 Magnetic Transit of America, Inc. Design Manager Provided the American implementation of German-developed magnetic levitation technology. Responsibilities included assembling a design team which absorbed the existing German technology, developed design and construction specification, coordinated with city agencies, developed procurement, fabrication and construction contracts and managed guideway fabrication. Personal project highlights included surpassing the performance of the original technology and completing fabrication and construction contracts on schedule. 1983-1987 Urban Transportation Development Corp. (UTDC) Project Manager Managed system engineering for: guideway, maintenance and control facility and principal subsystems as required to facilitate routine operations, failure management and system maintainability (Detroit Downtown People Mover DDPM)). Directed the development of all operating and maintenance policies, plans, manuals and procedures. Accomplished overall mobilization, including recruiting/training staff, maintenance service contracts, spares and support equipment procedure. Staffed start-up testing and performed system retrofits and upgrades, developed ongoing staff proficiency improvement and certification programs. 1982-1983 Universal Mobility, Inc. Project Manager Accomplished overall system design and procurement including elevated guideway manufacture and erection, power distribution system supply and installation and passenger vehicle integration.
